The Knipex KN9K001954US 4-Piece Snap Ring Plier Set is engineered for the precise and secure handling of internal and external snap rings in professional automotive and industrial settings. This comprehensive set provides essential tools for technicians requiring reliability and durability for critical installation and removal tasks.

Key Features

• Versatile Jaw Configurations: Includes pliers with both straight and 90-degree bent tips, allowing technicians to access snap rings in various positions, including confined or hard-to-reach areas within components.
• High-Grade Chrome Vanadium Steel: Each plier is forged from durable chrome vanadium electric steel, ensuring exceptional strength and extended tool longevity in demanding work environments.
• Precision Non-Slip Tips: Equipped with robust, oil-hardened precision tips designed to securely hold snap rings, minimizing the risk of slippage or damage to components during use. The tips are also forged as one part of the tool, enhancing their durability.
• Enhanced Durability: The tools undergo an oil-hardening process, further increasing their resistance to wear and tear and maintaining consistent performance under heavy-duty conditions. This provides up to ten times longer service life compared to turned tips.

Applications

• Automotive Service: Ideal for tasks involving transmissions, brakes, clutches, and other vehicle components that utilize internal or external retaining rings.
• Industrial Maintenance: Facilitates the assembly and disassembly of various machinery, critical for secure fastening in manufacturing and general maintenance operations.
• Fluid Power Systems: Suitable for the repair and maintenance of cylinders, valves, and pumps in hydraulic and pneumatic applications, ensuring secure circlip manipulation.
