When do you stop processing orders each day?
Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday, will ship same day, if in stock. Orders received after 2:00 pm will not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship on the following Monday, if in stock. To confirm stock call 1-888-220-8350 or e-mail Service@ToolSource.com. Please put "Stock Inquiry" in Subject line.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
No shipments will be picked up on November 28, November 29, December 24, December 25, December 31 or January 1. No deliveries on November 28, December 25 or January 1. Air Deliveries only on November 29 and December 31. For delivery by December 24, UPS Ground orders should be placed by December 13. For UPS 2nd Day shipments, December 20 and for UPS Next Day orders should be placed by 2 pm ET December 23. This applies to in stock items only. Is Saturday delivery available?
Saturday delivery is available for an additional $15 plus the standard charge for shipping overnight for orders placed on Friday by 2:00 pm Eastern Time and shipped via UPS. Please specify that you would like Saturday delivery in the comments field of your online order form. The additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card when billing is processed. UPS does not guarantee Saturday delivery in all areas.
What are the shipping charges at ToolSource™?
ToolSource™ shipping and handling charges for the continental United States are based on the purchase price of the order, these prices are based on single item orders. Toolsource reserves the right to contact the customer to adjust shipping on orders where the weight size or number of items would cause shipping to be significantly more than the automated banded shipping fee.

- $500 and up are $27.95
Any package or article weighing more than 150 pounds, or exceeding 108 inches in length, or exceeding a total of 130 inches in length and girth combined must be shipped freight. $85 standard freight fee. UPS ground is our delivery method of choice whenever possible. Second day air and overnight services are available for an additional charge that will be reflected and applied to your credit card when billing is processed. What are the expedited shipping charges at ToolSource™?
Priority Shipments are expensive, this is why you may notice some sites ship ground only, Toolsource understands that sometimes you not only need the right tool, but you need it NOW! Our banded shipping policy covers most single item shipments. ToolSource reserves the right to contact the customer regarding expedited shipments with more than one item, or shipments where the overall cost of the expedited shipping is significantly more than the banded cost rate.

Does ToolSource™ allow 3rd party billing for shipping?
Toolsource does not allow third party billing for shipping, We understand that shipping is expensive, and some businesses may want to ship on their own rate plan. However, managing this throughout our supply chain costs money, in order to keep your prices as low as we can for everyone Toolsouce has adopted a banded shipping and handling policy, we primarly use UPS and the rates are listed above based on the dollar amount of the order.
- We will accept any item for return within 30 days that was purchased from stock.
- Returns must arrive at our facility in new unused, undamaged, saleable condition.
- Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items may not be returned after 30 days from purchase date.
- Special orders and manufacturer direct shipments are subject to that specific company’s policy most can not be returned.
- Special order and manufacturer direct products that can be returned may be subject to as much as a 35% restocking fee.
- Electronic products may not be returned once opened.
- Software may not be returned once opened.
