Designed for the rigorous demands of professional automotive and industrial environments, these pliers combine robust construction with high-precision functionality, ensuring reliable performance for technicians and mechanics working on critical machinery and components.

Key Features

• Durable Spring Steel Tips: Equipped with high-density spring steel wire inserts, these tips offer superior reliability and an extended service life, even under continuous professional use.
• Precision Zero-Backlash Bolted Joint: The meticulously engineered bolted joint design eliminates play, providing highly accurate and consistent operation for secure snap ring handling.
• Minimized Circlip Distortion: Engineered with large contact faces, these pliers minimize distortion of circlips, facilitating easier and more secure fitting and removal, thereby protecting delicate components.
• Enhanced Durability: Built from oil-hardened chrome vanadium electric steel with a heavy-duty design, these pliers deliver up to ten times longer service life compared to tools with conventional turned tips, ideal for continuous operation.
• Adjustable Overexpansion Limiter: An adjustable overexpansion guard with a screw stop prevents excessive expansion of circlips. This feature makes them ideal for delicate components like brakes or gears and perfect for series production.
• Comfortable and Secure Grip: Non-slip plastic-coated handles ensure a comfortable and secure grip, reducing hand fatigue during prolonged tasks.

Applications

These Knipex snap ring pliers are indispensable for industrial maintenance, precision machinery repairs, and general assembly work. They are particularly well-suited for professional applications within the automotive sector, including intricate engine and transmission work, as well as in mechanical and manufacturing industries where dependable tools are critical for accurate and efficient operations.
