Key Features

Premium Aluminum Oxide Grain: Provides excellent cutting performance and extended abrasive life for demanding tasks.
Durable Polyester Film Backing: Offers superior tear resistance and strength compared to paper-backed discs, making it ideal for sanding edges, corners, and irregular shapes without tearing.
Open Coat Technology: Designed with spaced abrasive grains to reduce clogging and promote cooler sanding, enhancing efficiency and extending the disc's usability, especially on softer materials or in dust-heavy applications.
Strong Phenolic Resin Bond: Ensures secure grain adhesion and heat resistance, contributing to the disc's durability and consistent performance.
Grip (Velcro) Attachment: Allows for quick and secure disc changes on compatible random orbital sanders, improving workflow efficiency.
No-Hole Design: Provides a full sanding surface for consistent results across the workpiece.

Applications

This versatile P150 grit sanding disc is well-suited for various professional tasks requiring effective material removal and surface preparation. In automotive bodywork, it is commonly used for light paint removal, shaping and smoothing body filler, and preparing metal surfaces before primer application. Its durable film backing makes it excellent for sanding contours and edges. Beyond automotive use, this disc is also effective for general material removal and surface preparation on diverse substrates in industrial environments.
