Mirrors

Mirrors are an essential tool for any automotive mechanic. They allow you to see into tight spaces and check for damage that you might not be able to see otherwise. There are a variety of different types of mirrors available, each with its own unique benefits.

Convex mirrors are the most common type of mirror used in automotive repair. They are curved so that the image of an object appears larger than it actually is. This makes it easier to see objects that are close to the mirror.

Concave mirrors are the opposite of convex mirrors. They are curved so that the image of an object appears smaller than it actually is. This makes it easier to see objects that are far away from the mirror.

Tilting mirrors allow you to adjust the angle of the mirror so that you can see different areas of the vehicle. This is helpful for checking for damage on the underside of the car or in other difficult-to-reach areas.

Flexible mirrors are made of a pliable material that allows them to be bent into different shapes. This makes them ideal for checking for damage in tight spaces.

Rearview mirrors are used to see behind you while you are driving. They are typically mounted on the inside of the car, but they can also be mounted on the outside of the car.

Side mirrors are used to see to the sides of the car. They are typically mounted on the outside of the car, but they can also be mounted on the inside of the car.

Headlight beam adjusters are used to adjust the angle of the headlights so that they are aimed properly. This is important for safety, as it helps to ensure that other drivers can see your headlights.

Windshield wiper blades are used to remove water from the windshield. They are typically made of rubber and are attached to a metal arm.

Windshield washer fluid is used to help the windshield wiper blades remove water from the windshield. It is typically stored in a reservoir under the hood of the car.
