New Pig MAT185 Medium Weight Oil Absorbent Mat 24"x200' - New Pig

The New Pig MAT185 Medium Weight Absorbent Mat is an essential tool for maintaining clean and safe work environments in professional automotive and industrial settings. This universal absorbent mat is engineered to quickly and efficiently absorb a wide range of industrial fluids, including oils, coolants, solvents, and water, helping to minimize cleanup time and prevent slip hazards. Its durable construction and generous roll size provide extensive coverage and reliable performance for diverse spill control needs.

Key Features

• High-Capacity Universal Absorption: Designed to rapidly soak up oils, coolants, solvents, and water, offering comprehensive spill management for various liquids encountered in professional workshops and facilities.
• Enhanced Durability: Constructed from eight layers of 100% thermally bonded polypropylene, this mat is built to last up to 2X longer than ordinary mats, resisting rips, tears, and fraying even when fully saturated.
• Optimized Coverage: Each roll measures 24 inches wide by 200 feet long, providing substantial material for covering large areas, lining workbenches, or addressing numerous smaller spills.
• Efficient Dispensing: Features easy-tear perforations every 10 inches, allowing technicians to customize mat size, reduce waste, and quickly deploy material as needed.
• Faster Wicking Action: An exclusive dimple pattern accelerates the wicking of liquids throughout the mat, ensuring faster and more thorough cleanup.
• Grime-Hiding Color: The dark grey color effectively conceals absorbed grime and saturation, allowing the mat to remain on the job longer before requiring replacement.

Applications

• Automotive Service & Repair: Ideal for use in vehicle service bays, detailing shops, and dealerships to manage oil drips, coolant leaks, and other fluid spills around vehicles and equipment.
• Industrial Manufacturing: Essential for machine shops, production lines, and maintenance areas to control hydraulic fluid, cutting oil, and chemical spills, maintaining operational efficiency and safety.
• Warehousing & Logistics: Helps ensure safe pedestrian and vehicle pathways by quickly absorbing incidental leaks from machinery, forklifts, or stored containers.
• General Maintenance Areas: Suitable for use under leaky equipment, around pumps, or in any area where routine fluid control is necessary to prevent slippery conditions.
