Precision Insulation Strippers with Shaped Blades 14-32 AWG - Knipex

The Knipex 121202 Precision Insulation Strippers are engineered for professional technicians and mechanics requiring exact, damage-free insulation removal on 14-32 AWG (0.03-2.08 mm²) conductors. This specialized tool ensures consistent, reliable stripping performance across demanding applications, including intricate electronics assembly and essential automotive wiring, preserving conductor integrity even with challenging insulating materials.

Key Features

• Precision-Ground Shaped Blades: Two pairs of precisely contoured, special tool steel blades deliver form-fit, damage-free insulation stripping without nicking or deforming the underlying conductor. One pair securely holds the insulation, while the other strips it away cleanly.
• Adjustable Length Stop: An integrated, adjustable length stop facilitates repeatable and consistent strip lengths, ensuring uniform wire preparation across multiple operations.
• Wide Gauge Compatibility: Accurately strips a broad spectrum of solid and stranded wire sizes, from delicate 32 AWG (0.03 mm²) up to more robust 14 AWG (2.08 mm²), including difficult-to-remove materials like PTFE, silicone, Radox®, Kapton®, and rubber.
• Durable German Construction: Manufactured in Germany from high-quality, oil-hardened special tool steel with a robust steel body and precision-machined components for reliable performance and extended service life.
• Replaceable Blades: The shaped blades are replaceable, extending the tool's lifespan and maintaining peak performance, making the Knipex 121202 a long-term asset for any professional.
