This 6-inch, P100 grit disc features a robust polyester film backing and an open coat design, ensuring efficient material removal and extended product life across a variety of demanding tasks.

Key Features

Premium Aluminum Oxide Grain: Provides aggressive cutting action and a uniform scratch pattern for efficient material removal on diverse surfaces.
Durable Polyester Film Backing: Offers superior tear resistance and exceptional flexibility, conforming effectively to contoured surfaces without tearing during use.
Open Coat Design: Significantly minimizes clogging and loading, especially when working with softer materials, primers, and paints, thereby extending the disc's effective sanding life.
Phenolic Resin Bond: Ensures strong adhesion of the abrasive grains to the backing, resisting heat build-up and preventing premature grit shedding under heavy use.
PSA Link Roll Format: Allows for quick and easy dispensing, reducing downtime and optimizing workflow in busy professional environments.
6-inch Diameter, P100 Grit: Ideal for medium-level sanding tasks, including preparing surfaces for paint, feather-edging body filler, and refining previous sanding marks for a smooth finish.

Applications

This professional-grade sanding disc is suitable for a wide range of applications, including automotive body repair, paint preparation, clear coat leveling, and general industrial surface conditioning. It excels at sanding primers, paints, clear coats, body fillers, composites, and other materials, delivering the consistent finish required for subsequent steps in any professional workshop.
