This model has manual controls and SuperSink for full operation requiring a large sink capacity. The SmartWasher is made of blow molded high density polyethylene for durability and quality. It also has a 1000 watt industrial heater for better cleaning! The pump capacity is 1/125 HP; 170 GPH at 1 ft.; sump intake 300 GPH in 220 Vac system. SmartWashers use bioremediation technology to produce parts washing systems that are both cost-effective and environmentally safe. SmartWashers combine powerful, aqueous-based cleaning solution (OzzyJuice®) with non-pathogenic "Ozzy" microbes which eat away at even the toughest contaminants, leaving no hazardous by-products. Using a powerful cleaning agent to clean the toughest grease and grime, head-to-head competition has proven that the SmartWasher can clean as well as and as quickly as solvents, without the dangers of solvent or the expense and hassle of hauling!
