Anaerobic Gaskt Makr 50Ml EACH - Permatex

Part #: 51031-CAN

Anaerobic Curing: This advanced gasket maker cures in the absence of air, specifically when confined between close-fitting metal surfaces, ensuring a secure and reliable seal.
Forms a Durable Seal: Engineered to create a resilient, flexible seal that withstands demanding operational conditions.
Replaces Traditional Gaskets: Effectively eliminates the need for conventional pre-cut, compressible gaskets, simplifying inventory and reducing complexity.
Resistant to Fluids: Maintains integrity when exposed to common industrial and automotive fluids, including oils, coolants, and water.
Non-Shimming Formula: Designed to prevent flange face distortion, maintaining accurate component assembly and ensuring proper bolt tension.
Fills Surface Imperfections: Conforms to microscopic surface irregularities and machining marks, providing complete metal-to-metal contact and preventing leaks.

Rigid Flange Sealing: Ideal for sealing rigid metal-to-metal assemblies where traditional gaskets are prone to relaxation or compression set.
Automotive Assemblies: Commonly used on gearbox housings, engine covers, water pump flanges, and transmission casings.
Industrial Equipment: Applied in various industrial settings for sealing hydraulic pump flanges, differential covers, and compressor components.
Machinery Maintenance: Essential for both new installations and repair work on machinery requiring precise, leak-free flange seals.

Prevents Leaks: Delivers superior sealing performance, actively preventing leaks that can lead to costly downtime and fluid loss.
Streamlines Inventory: Eliminates the need to stock multiple sizes and shapes of traditional gaskets, saving space and reducing inventory management efforts.
Enhances Assembly Integrity: Ensures metal-to-metal contact, which helps maintain the designed clamping force and prevents re-torquing issues often associated with compressible gaskets.
Boosts Reliability: Provides a consistent, long-lasting seal that resists vibration and thermal cycling, extending the lifespan of sealed components.
Simplifies Application: The easy-to-dispense liquid form allows for quick and precise application, adapting to complex flange geometries and surface finishes.
