KL-4999-2600 - Gedore

The Gedore KL-4999-2600 offers a fully integrated, mobile workstation designed for professional automotive and industrial repair environments. This robust system enables technicians to perform complex pressing, extracting, and suspension repairs directly on the vehicle, optimizing workflows for critical axle and steering component tasks.

Key Features

• Integrated Press and Pull System: Features hydraulic cylinders, pull/thrust spindles, and quick-clamping nuts, along with dedicated kits, to minimize the need for stationary presses.
• Professional-Grade Workstation: Constructed from heavy-duty, powder-coated GEDORE blue sheet steel with a 30 mm oiled Beech multiplex worktop for a stable and durable surface.
• Organized Tool Storage: Four full-extension drawers with auto-retraction, a single pull-out stop, and central locking ensure tools are secure and readily accessible.
• High Load Capacity: Engineered for demanding workshop use with a static load capacity of 1000 kg and a dynamic capacity of 750 kg.
• Mobile and Stable Design: Equipped with two fixed 200 mm and two swivel 125 mm castors, both with total brakes, for controlled maneuvering and stable positioning.

Applications

The KL-4999-2600 is an ideal solution for passenger cars and vans, supporting a range of on-vehicle pressing and extracting tasks. This includes installing and removing wheel hubs and bearings on both front and rear axles, extracting wishbones from support joint clamping holes, and servicing silent blocks, suspension arms, and guide joints. Its integrated tooling is particularly suited for steering and axle system repairs where precise alignment and controlled pressing forces are essential, often allowing operations without removing major vehicle assemblies.
