WR RAT COMB REV 90T 18MM - GearWrench

The GearWrench 86619 18mm 90-Tooth Reversible Combination Ratcheting Wrench is designed for professional technicians and mechanics who require both efficiency and precision in demanding automotive and industrial applications. This robust tool offers the quick engagement of a ratcheting box end combined with the secure grip of an open-end wrench, making it a versatile addition to any professional toolkit for navigating crowded engine bays and complex machinery.

Key Features

• 90-Tooth Ratcheting Box End: Features a minimal 4-degree swing arc, allowing for rapid fastener engagement and rotation in extremely confined spaces where standard wrenches often cannot operate effectively.
• Reversible Lever: A low-profile lever integrated into the ratcheting box end enables quick changes in tightening or loosening direction without the need to remove the wrench from the fastener, enhancing workflow efficiency.
• Off-Corner Loading Design: Both the open-end and ratcheting box end are engineered to grip the flats of a fastener, which significantly reduces the risk of rounding and ensures optimal torque transfer during use.
• 15° Offset Box End: The precisely angled 15-degree offset provides essential knuckle clearance and improves access to fasteners located in recessed areas, minimizing potential for hand injuries.
• Professional-Grade Construction: Manufactured from heat-treated chrome alloy steel with a bright, full polish chrome finish, this wrench offers superior strength, corrosion resistance, and meets or exceeds ASME and ANSI specifications for durability in professional environments.

Applications

This 18mm reversible ratcheting combination wrench is an essential tool for various professional settings, including:

• Automotive Repair and Maintenance: Ideal for tasks within crowded engine bays, complex suspension systems, and undercarriages where access is often restricted.
• Industrial Assembly and Machinery Upkeep: Facilitates efficient fastener handling on production lines and during routine equipment servicing, contributing to streamlined operations.
