HIGH FLOW PROFILE COUPLER WITH BUILT IN SWIVEL - Prevost

The Prevost ESI 071201SW High Flow Profile Coupler with Built-In Swivel is engineered for demanding professional use across automotive and industrial sectors. This robust coupler ensures optimal air throughput to pneumatic tools, while its integrated 360° swivel enhances user comfort and prevents hose kinking, crucial for maintaining productivity and maneuverability in dynamic workspaces. It provides a reliable, leak-free connection for consistent air pressure and operational efficiency.

Key Features

• European High Flow Performance: Designed with a European High Flow profile, this coupler maximizes air delivery, allowing high-consumption pneumatic tools to operate at peak efficiency for critical professional tasks.
• Integrated 360° Swivel: The built-in swivel allows continuous, free rotation, effectively eliminating hose twists and tangles to reduce operator fatigue and improve maneuverability in confined work environments.
• Durable Composite Construction: Manufactured in France from a robust, non-scratch composite material, this coupler offers impact resistance and anti-static properties for long-term professional reliability.
• Secure Quick-Connect with Safety Disconnect: Featuring Prevost's patented Prevo S1 technology, a single push-button safely vents downstream pressure before disconnection, preventing hazardous hose whip and enhancing operator safety.
• Leak-Free Connection: Precision-engineered with high-performance Nitrile seals and a secure locking mechanism, it provides an airtight seal to prevent costly air leaks and maintain consistent system pressure.

Applications

This high-performance coupler is suitable for diverse professional pneumatic applications requiring efficient airflow and superior hose management.

• Automotive Repair and Body Shops: Ideal for powering air tools during vehicle detailing, painting, and general repair, where hose flexibility, non-marring surfaces, and unhindered movement are essential for technicians.
• Industrial Workshops and Manufacturing Facilities: Supports the continuous operation of high-consumption air tools on assembly lines and in production environments, contributing to enhanced efficiency and reduced downtime.
• Heavy-Duty Fabrication and Construction Sites: Provides reliable air delivery for demanding pneumatic equipment, supporting rigorous operations in challenging site conditions.
