ESC 200 DEMOUNT TRK TIRE T - Esco Equipment

The Esco ESC 200 Demount Truck Tire Tool (Model 90518-200-1) is a professional-grade solution engineered for efficient and safe demounting of medium- and heavy-duty truck and bus wheels. This specialized tool streamlines the tire demounting process, significantly reducing technician strain, minimizing potential rim damage, and enhancing control at the tire bead during removal. It is built to provide reliable performance in demanding service environments.

Key Features

• Durable All-Steel Construction: Features a 26 lb heavy-duty, all-steel design, built for consistent daily use and ensuring longevity in commercial, fleet, and industrial tire service applications.
• Extended Mechanical Advantage: A 48-inch lever handle provides substantial leverage, simplifying the effort required to break stubborn beads and demount large commercial truck tires.
• Controlled Bead Separation: The precision-formed working end facilitates smooth and controlled separation of the tire bead from the rim, which reduces the risk of damage to both the tire and the wheel.
• Ergonomic Operation: Designed with specific tool geometry to promote a more neutral body position, helping to mitigate technician fatigue during repetitive truck tire work.
• Broad Compatibility: Effectively services common 22.5" and 24.5" commercial truck and bus wheels, including Super Singles 215 through 445, along with various heavy-duty fleet wheel and tire configurations.
• No-Flip Demounting: This tool allows for the removal of both the top and bottom bead from the short side, eliminating the need to flip the tire and rim during the demounting process.
