Mini Flush Cutters - Titan

The Titan 12445 Mini Flush Cutters are engineered for professional technicians who require a precise and compact cutting solution for intricate electrical and light-duty tasks in automotive and industrial environments. These miniature wire cutters deliver exceptional accessibility in confined spaces, providing clean, flat cuts on small-gauge materials to enhance efficiency and minimize rework. They are designed for reliability and consistent performance in professional settings.

Key Features

• Precision Flush Cuts: Heat-treated cutting edges ensure flat, burr-minimized cuts on small-gauge wire, component leads, plastic zip ties, and soft metals, reducing the need for subsequent rework.
• Compact 5" Design: The slim profile of these mini flush cutters allows improved access within tight areas such as wiring harnesses, dash panels, under-dash fuse blocks, and engine bays.
• Spring-Loaded Action: A steel spring opening mechanism facilitates rapid, repetitive cutting, improving control during harness fabrication, loom trimming, and electronics servicing.
• Ergonomic Cushion Grips: Contoured, over-molded handles offer a secure hold and mitigate hand fatigue during extended use in demanding shop or bench environments.
• Durable Construction: Built with heat-treated steel jaws and a robust pivot, these tools maintain consistent cutting performance and offer longevity in shop, field, and light production environments.

Applications

Titan 12445 Mini Flush Cutters are well-suited for automotive electrical work on passenger cars, light trucks, and fleet vehicles. Technicians can efficiently trim wire and plastic ties on wiring harnesses, sensor leads, under-dash installations, and aftermarket accessory wiring. This versatile mini flush cutter also excels in PCB work, cutting small-gauge copper and aluminum wire, and precisely removing plastic components from sprues for relay panels or custom modules. Their compact size makes these miniature wire cutters a practical choice anywhere a precise, flush-cut tool is needed in restrictive quarters.
