The TecMate OPTIMATE SOLAR 40W (Model Number TM-523-4) is an advanced solar charging and monitoring system designed for 12V batteries. This system is compatible with a wide range of 12V battery types, including STD (wet cell), AGM, and GEL batteries, supporting capacities from 2 to 240 Amp-hours (Ah). It also supports Lithium LFP (LiFePO4) 12.8V / 13.2V batteries with capacities from 10 to 160Ah. The unit can initiate charging from batteries with as low as 1 Volt.

The solar panel measures approximately 68.6 cm (27 inches) in height, 42 cm (16.6 inches) in width, and 3.3 cm (1.25 inches) in depth, including corner mounting brackets. It features an aluminum frame and a 200 cm (80 inch) output cable with an SAE connector. The charge controller is housed in a weatherproof case, rated to IP54 for protection against dust and splashing water.
