PIG Grippy Garage Floor Drip Mat - 32" X 40" - New Pig

The New Pig 25801 PIG Grippy Garage Floor Drip Mat offers a reliable solution for professional automotive service centers, workshops, and industrial environments. This 32" x 40" mat is designed to capture routine leaks, drips, and overspray from passenger vehicles, light trucks, motorcycles, and various shop equipment, effectively protecting concrete and epoxy floors from stains and damage. Its innovative design ensures the mat remains securely in place, contributing to a safer and more organized workspace.

Key Features

• Advanced Fluid Absorption: Constructed with eight layers of fine-fiber polypropylene, the mat efficiently soaks up common automotive and industrial fluids including oils, coolants, transmission fluid, brake fluid, water, gasoline, and solvents.
• Secure, Non-Slip Adhesion: A full-coverage adhesive backing ensures the mat adheres firmly to clean, dry floor surfaces, preventing shifting, bunching, and potential trip hazards. It removes cleanly without leaving residue and is NFSI Tested and Certified for slip resistance.
• Professional Durability: Featuring a tough, spunbond top layer with heavy-duty zigzag stitching, this mat is engineered to withstand consistent foot traffic, creeper use, rolling tool carts, and jacks without tearing or fraying.
• Leakproof Floor Protection: A robust poly backing forms a liquid-proof barrier, preventing absorbed fluids from penetrating through to the underlying floor.
• Efficient Maintenance: Lightweight and easy to install, the mat can be trimmed to fit around obstacles and allows for quick replacement when saturated, minimizing cleanup time and enhancing shop efficiency.

Applications

This professional garage floor mat is suitable for deployment under a variety of vehicles and machinery within automotive service centers and industrial facilities. It is ideal for use under two-post and four-post lifts, within quick-lube and detailing bays, at alignment stations, and in parts washing areas. The mat also effectively manages spills near bulk fluid storage and in fleet maintenance shops to improve cleanliness and reduce floor upkeep, creating OSHA-friendly, slip-resistant work zones.
