The CRC Industries 14742 SMARTWASHER MOBILE HEAVYWEIGHT PARTS WASHER KIT offers a professional-grade, environmentally responsible solution for thorough parts cleaning in demanding industrial and automotive settings. This robust, mobile system leverages advanced bioremediation technology, providing powerful cleaning performance without the hazards associated with traditional solvent-based washers. Designed for heavy-duty use, it ensures both operational efficiency and a safer working environment.

Key Features

Bioremediating Cleaning Action: Utilizes naturally occurring microbes in the OzzyMat® filter to break down and convert grease, oil, and other carbon-based contaminants into harmless by-products of CO2 and water. This process eliminates hazardous waste generation.
Enhanced Safety Profile: Employs water-based, non-flammable, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and pH-neutral OzzyJuice® cleaning fluid, significantly reducing health risks and environmental impact compared to harsh solvents.
Self-Cleaning System: The continuous bioremediation process keeps the OzzyJuice® cleaning fluid pristine, minimizing the need for fluid changes and costly hazardous waste disposal.
Durable & Mobile Design: Constructed from heavy-duty HDPE with a built-in dolly and locking casters, allowing for easy repositioning within the workspace and a substantial 1000 lb. load capacity.
Optimized Cleaning Performance: Features an adjustable thermostat to maintain an optimal cleaning fluid temperature of 105°-115°F (40-46°C), enhancing microbial activity and cleaning effectiveness.
Integrated Filtration & Fluid Management: Includes a multi-layer OzzyMat® to trap particulates down to 50 microns and a flow-through brush with a 300 GPH recirculating pump for consistent fluid delivery.

Applications

The SMARTWASHER MOBILE HEAVYWEIGHT PARTS WASHER KIT is ideal for professional technicians and mechanics across various sectors, including automotive repair shops, industrial manufacturing facilities, fleet management, marine facilities, small engine repair shops, and metal fabricating operations. Its heavy-duty construction and powerful cleaning capabilities make it suitable for a wide range of components, from engine parts to industrial machinery.
