Toolsource $500 Gift Card Giveaway – Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to:

• Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and
• Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Toolsource/Automotive Tool Professionals, Inc., their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

1. Submit your email address through the Toolsource Exit-Intent Signup Form or designated Giveaway entry form.
2. Confirm any required email opt-ins, if applicable.

Limit: One (1) entry per person per calendar year. Multiple entries using different email addresses for the same person are not permitted.

5. Entry Period

The entry period runs annually from December 1, 12:00 AM Eastern Time through November 30, 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries submitted outside this timeframe will be applied to the next entry period, at Sponsor's discretion.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• A $500 Visa / Mastercard card.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500 USD.

The gift card is subject to Toolsource.com’s standard terms and conditions. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will occur within 14 days after the close of the entry period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. Winner Requirements

The selected winner may be required to:

• Verify identity (such as name and age);
• Provide a valid U.S. mailing address; and
• Confirm eligibility as requested by Sponsor.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Privacy

By entering, you agree that Toolsource may contact you by email with Giveaway notifications, promotional offers, product updates, and related content.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in any email.

Your information will be used in accordance with Toolsource’s privacy practices and will not be sold to third parties.

10. General Terms

By participating, you agree that:

• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, corrupted, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if technical issues, fraud, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.
• All decisions of Sponsor regarding the Giveaway and the interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding.

11. Release

By entering, you release and hold harmless Toolsource, Automotive Tool Professionals, Inc., and their owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
