Key Features

• Advanced Dual Acrylic Adhesive System: Engineered with high-strength acrylic adhesives on both sides—one specifically for automotive paint systems and another for metals and various plastics like polypropylene (PP), EPDM, and TPO—ensuring superior initial tack and permanent bonding.
• Weather and Temperature Resistant: This tape maintains its adhesive integrity and performance across wide temperature fluctuations, humidity, and exposure to common automotive fluids and outdoor elements, making it suitable for demanding conditions.
• Multi-Surface Compatibility: Bonds effectively to a broad spectrum of automotive substrates, including painted metal, various plastics, and glass, facilitating versatile applications for professional technicians.
• Virtually Invisible Bond Line: The 1.12 mm (0.045 inch) black acrylic foam core creates a seamless, low-profile attachment for a professional, factory-finished appearance, enhancing the aesthetic quality of repairs and installations.
• Conformable and Stress-Relaxing Core: Designed for excellent handling and flexibility, the viscoelastic foam core conforms well to complex geometries and delivers stress relaxation under load, maintaining bond-line aesthetics and integrity.
• OEM Approved Quality: This attachment tape is Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) approved, signifying its high performance, durability, and reliability for critical automotive applications.

Applications

This attachment tape is ideal for a wide array of professional automotive applications, including the secure mounting of exterior trims, emblems, badges, body side moldings, claddings, rocker panel trim, wheel flares, and bumper trim on various vehicle types.
