Evercoat 440 16 Oz. 440 Express Micro-Pinhole Eliminator

A quick fix for micro-pinholes that are hard to identify prior to primer application. This 1K patent-pending technology is a high-solids polyester that is easy to apply and quick to dry. Testing has shown, when used properly, 440Express will eliminate up to 90% of all rework caused by micro-pinholes. 440Express should be applied with part #439 Applicators. 440Express is not designed to replace polyester glazing putties.

How to Use

1. Clean the surface to be repaired with a degreaser.
2. Apply 440Express to the area with a part #439 Applicator.
3. Allow the 440Express to dry for 10-15 minutes.
4. Sand the area smooth with 400-grit sandpaper.
5. Apply primer and paint as desired.
