Key Features

Self-Drilling Design: Equipped with a #2 Teks drill point, these screws cut their own threads and drill their own holes, significantly reducing installation time and effort.
Hex Washer Head: The integrated hex washer head provides a large bearing surface for a secure grip, distributing clamping force evenly and preventing pull-through.
Corrosion Resistance: A robust zinc-plated finish protects against rust and corrosion, extending the life of the fastener in various conditions.
IFI Standard Compliance: Manufactured by AUVECO, these fasteners meet applicable IFI (Industrial Fasteners Institute) standards, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
Professional Durability: Constructed from steel, these screws are designed for strength and longevity in professional automotive and industrial settings.

Applications

The AUVECO 9616 self-drilling screws are ideal for securely fastening components into sheet metal and other similar materials without requiring a pilot hole. They are commonly utilized in automotive body shops for vehicle repairs and assembly, as well as in industrial settings for general fabrication, equipment maintenance, and various fastening projects involving metal-to-metal connections. Their hex washer head design makes them suitable for applications requiring a strong, stable connection.
