Durable Phenolic Resin Bond: Provides superior grit adhesion to the backing, resisting shedding and ensuring reliable abrasive action throughout the roll's use.

Applications

The Sunmight Gold 32118 Soft Flex Roll is an excellent choice for tasks requiring a fine, consistent finish. It is widely used in automotive body shops for preparing panels, feather edging old paint, and scuffing clear coats for optimal adhesion of new layers. In industrial settings, it excels at light material removal, deburring, and achieving a smooth surface finish on various substrates, including metals, plastics, and composites. This roll is particularly effective for hand sanding intricate shapes and areas where machine sanding is impractical.
