Grip (Velcro) Backing: Allows for quick and secure attachment and removal from sanding pads, enhancing workflow efficiency.
Premium Aluminum Oxide Grain: Offers aggressive cutting power and extended disc life, suitable for demanding professional use.

Applications

The Sunmight 01423 Film Grip Disc is particularly effective in automotive paint shops for denibbing, refining clear coats, and preparing panels for final buffing and polishing. It is also well-suited for industrial applications where precise surface preparation is critical, such as finishing solid surfaces, composites, and other delicate materials where a microscopically smooth finish is desired. This disc helps technicians efficiently remove minor imperfections and achieve a consistent, high-quality surface before the final stages of detailing or coating.
