Durable Polyester Film Backing: Provides exceptional tear resistance and maintains disc integrity, especially on contoured surfaces, for extended use.
P500 Grit: Ideal for fine sanding tasks, surface preparation, and blending prior to painting, clear coating, or other finishing processes.
Open Coat Design: Minimizes clogging and loading from dust and debris, extending disc life and ensuring continuous, consistent cutting performance.

Premium Aluminum Oxide Grain: Delivers aggressive yet uniform material removal, ensuring a consistent scratch pattern for high-quality professional results.

Applications

This sanding disc is an essential tool for professional technicians and mechanics in automotive body repair, paint preparation, and clear coat sanding, where a fine, uniform surface is critical. It is equally effective in industrial settings for metal fabrication, composite finishing, and woodworking projects that demand a high-quality, smooth finish. The P500 grit is particularly suited for refining surfaces, removing minor imperfections, and preparing materials for subsequent painting or sealing.
