Now operators can blast away rust, dirt, and old paint indoors as effectively as with a blast cabinet. All action takes place within the blast head. The operator simply presses the blast head to the part needing cleaning and squeezes the trigger. The Vacuum Sandblaster cleans away debris, immediately vacuuming it into the hopper.

The Vacuum Sandblaster uses a heavy-duty blast gun. The gun swirls the media and air mix through the nozzle to bombard rust, paint, and debris away. Most common abrasives can be used to prepare parts for painting and plating. Once familiar with the machine, operators can feather paint edges smoothly for better paint match-up.

Dust Collection:

Dirt, rust, and old paint debris are pulled inside the vacuum head then into the hopper. A mesh screen filter inside the vacuum canister prevents large debris from getting into the media. The 90 cfm blower draws air through the system; a vortex action separates media from dirt and debris. The swirling action allows heavier media to drop and be reused while lighter dust rises to be trapped in the dust filter.
