• The manual station effectively accommodates the manual cleaning process of disassembling the spray gun and cleaning the components.
• Using the manual work station is more efficient than using the conventional manual cleaning method. The funnel and waste pail (not shown) conveniently collect waste paint. Stepping on the foot pedal immediately dispenses an adjustable flow of cleaning liquid into the tray, minimizing waste. Components of the spray gun are cleaned in the tray using the provided cleaning tools. The parts are dried with a blow gun.
• The unique, recessed wash system cleans one spray gun automatically in 1 minute.
• Using the automatic system saves about 5 minutes per cleaning compared to manual cleaning. After 12 cleanings, the painter gains an hour for other work.
