Tool is used by connecting between vehicle battery and relay. LED lights indicate continuity and current. Tester can energize circuit being tested. For example, if there is a problem with the horn, the tester can actually blow the horn to make sure the part is good. Tool eliminates need to use multimeter to test components and wiring harness separately. Helps quickly isolate and identify component and harness failures.
