Fin Straightener 18403 6-In-1 - 10-1/2 to 22 Fins per Inch

I ordered this item expecting just the head and handle shown, but I got a set of 2 heads with a handle. The package item number 18403 matches the online description item number, so it doesn't appear to be a shipping error. One head has combs for 8, 9, 10, 12, 14 & 15 fins per inch. The 2nd head has combs for 10.5, 11, 13, 18, 20, & 22 fins per inch. Since this is about the same price for a pair of heads, I say why not go for this over a single.
