Adjustable to all diameters within its range.
Flexible shaft, controlled spring action; spread control limiters are features that contribute to faster changing from one cylinder to another with the fastest cutting action.
Includes with 4-in. (102mm) Medium Grit Stones.
Operated with high or low speed drill.
