Siege AA Lantern - Streamlight, Inc

The Streamlight Siege AA Lantern (Model 44941) offers robust, broad illumination critical for demanding automotive and industrial environments. Engineered for reliability, this compact lantern ensures technicians and mechanics have consistent, powerful lighting for a range of professional tasks.

Key Features

• Versatile Illumination: Provides multiple brightness settings, including up to 200 lumens of white area lighting, a red night vision mode for preserving low-light adaptation, and an emergency S.O.S. function, catering to diverse operational needs. The glare-reducing polycarbonate cover ensures soft, even 360-degree light distribution.
• Professional Durability: Constructed with a rugged, impact-resistant polymer housing and an IPX7 waterproof rating to 1 meter submersion, ensuring dependable performance in workshops, garages, and challenging outdoor job sites. It also floats if dropped in water.
• Hands-Free Operation: Features a sturdy handle for transport that locks in an upright or stowed position, and a built-in D-ring on the base for convenient hanging, allowing precise illumination of confined spaces such as under vehicles or inside machinery.
• Stable Placement: Designed with a robust, non-slip rubberized base to maintain secure positioning on various surfaces, preventing accidental tip-overs during critical work.
• Efficient LED Technology: Utilizes advanced C4® LED technology and operates on three readily available AA alkaline batteries, offering extended runtimes up to 288 hours on low red mode and consistent light output for prolonged use without frequent battery changes. A battery level indicator integrated into the switch changes from green, to yellow, to red, then to flashing red, to signal when batteries need replacement.

Applications

This professional-grade lantern is indispensable for technicians and mechanics requiring reliable, broad-spectrum lighting. It excels in workshops, during roadside assistance, or at remote industrial sites. Ideal for detailed inspections, under-hood engine work, chassis inspections, or general area lighting in service bays and confined compartments. Its resilient design also makes it a valuable component for emergency preparedness in professional service vehicles or industrial facilities where reliable backup lighting is crucial.
