Extreme Rage - Evercoat

Evercoat Extreme Rage (Model 120) is a professional-grade, lightweight polyester body filler designed for high-production collision repair facilities and refinishers. Its advanced, self-leveling formula promotes a smooth, pinhole-free application, enabling technicians to achieve consistent and reliable results on various modern OEM substrates. This filler is engineered to enhance efficiency by reducing application time and minimizing rework in professional automotive body repair environments.

Key Features

• Pinhole-Free Finish: Formulated to virtually eliminate pinholes, reducing the need for rework and mapping, which saves significant time in busy repair shops.
• Self-Leveling Application: The advanced resin system ensures a smooth, self-leveling spread, minimizing drag marks and decreasing the overall time required for application and shaping.
• Effortless Sanding: Engineered for clean cutting with 80-grit sandpaper, preventing deep scratches and swelling, and reducing the need for coarser grits during the finishing process.
• ZNX-7® Adhesion Technology: Provides strong and rapid adhesion to properly prepared bare steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum panels, ensuring a durable and long-lasting repair.
• Refinish System Compatibility: Designed to resist penetration from aggressive HAP-compliant solvents and modern waterborne basecoat/clearcoat systems, ensuring seamless integration into contemporary refinish processes.

Applications

Evercoat Extreme Rage is suitable for a wide range of collision repair tasks on passenger cars, light trucks, SUVs, and commercial vehicles. It effectively fills common body imperfections such as dents, waves, and hail damage before primer and paint application. This professional-grade filler adheres exceptionally well to properly prepared bare steel, galvanized components, and aluminum panels, including hoods, doors, quarter panels, and liftgates, making it a reliable choice for modern OEM-approved refinish processes in professional body shops.
