Rage Gold Body Filler Gallon - Evercoat

Evercoat Rage Gold Body Filler Gallon 112 is a professional-grade, lightweight polyester body filler designed for high-production collision repair, custom fabrication, and restoration projects. This advanced formula streamlines workflow with its smooth application, rapid sanding, and ability to achieve a pinhole-free finish, significantly reducing preparation time before priming and topcoating.

Key Features

• Optimized Sanding: Formulated with Hattonite™ technology, this filler minimizes heat and friction during sanding, allowing for smooth, clog-free shaping and finishing while extending abrasive life. It is recognized as Evercoat's easiest sanding body filler.
• Advanced Adhesion: Contains ZNX-7™ for robust bonding to various properly prepared substrates, including galvanized steel, aluminum, bare steel, SMC, and fiberglass panels. It is part of the MetalWorks® System which helps honor OEM corrosion warranties.
• Pinhole-Free Surface: Its vacuum-processed composition effectively eliminates air, enabling a smooth spread and a stable, defect-free surface, which helps reduce the need for additional skim coats and blocking.
• Stain Resistance: The formula resists staining and bleed-through, maintaining consistent color integrity under both OEM and refinish paint systems, including modern basecoat/clearcoat applications.
• Non-Shrinking Performance: Engineered to maintain panel integrity without shrinking, contributing to durable, long-lasting repairs.

Applications

Rage Gold Body Filler Gallon 112 is suitable for repairing dents, dings, hail damage, and other surface imperfections on a wide range of vehicles, including passenger cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, and light commercial vehicles. It is effective for contouring repaired panels, feathering edges after grinding or welding, and establishing a uniform foundation prior to primer and paint application. This professional-grade filler bonds securely over prepared welds, ground areas, and reinforced repairs across various automotive and industrial substrates. It can also be used for cosmetic fiberglass and composite repairs.
