Each CHARGE IT! Battery Maintainer model is equipped with a silicon rubber boot (1A - yellow, 2A - red) to prevent slipping while charging, protect the maintainer against drops and shocks and eliminate scratching of vehicle surfaces or components that contact the maintainer.
