MAXISYS IA800 INTELLGENT A - Autel.us

The Autel MaxiSYS IA800 Intelligent ADAS Optical Positioning System offers a professional-grade, precise, and efficient solution for ADAS calibration in professional repair environments. This advanced system utilizes automated 3D imaging to replace traditional mechanical measurements, significantly enhancing accuracy, repeatability, and workflow efficiency for all ADAS calibration tasks. It is engineered for seamless integration with Autel’s Standard Calibration Frame and MaxiSYS tablets.

Key Features

• Intelligent Optical Positioning: Employs six high-resolution cameras to precisely determine the calibration frame's angle, distance, and offset relative to the vehicle, allowing technicians to achieve accurate frame centering and positioning in approximately one minute.
• Advanced 3D Adjustment Technology: Conducts a comprehensive 3D scan of both the vehicle and the calibration frame in a single pass, providing precise measurements for accurate camera, radar, lidar, and night vision ADAS calibrations.
• Integrated Alignment Pre-Check: Features wheel clamps with camera targets that compare current alignment values against OEM tolerances prior to ADAS calibration, helping to prevent potential re-dos due to underlying alignment issues.
• Seamless MaxiSYS Workflow Integration: Pairs directly with Autel MaxiSYS ADAS tablets, offering guided calibration procedures, secure storage of vehicle-specific data, and streamlined documentation processes.
• Verifiable Calibration Reports: Generates comprehensive reports detailing alignment checks and calibration outcomes, providing essential documentation for customer records, insurance claims, and internal quality assurance.

Applications

The MaxiSYS IA800 is an indispensable tool for collision centers, glass replacement shops, and general repair facilities performing ADAS service on late-model vehicles. It supports the precise calibration of critical systems such as lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, surround view, and night vision. This system is crucial for post-repair, post-alignment, and post-windshield-replacement ADAS calibration, ensuring compliance with OEM repair processes and maintaining vehicle safety systems.
