The Uview 390100 Spotgun Jr. Universal Oil/UV Dye Kit provides a precise and efficient solution for professional automotive A/C system maintenance and leak detection. This pre-filled 1 oz. cartridge simplifies both essential oil top-offs and the introduction of high-visibility UV dye, streamlining workflow for technicians servicing a wide range of vehicles using R134a and R1234YF refrigerants.

Key Features

• Broad A/C System Compatibility: Designed to service R134a and R1234YF refrigerant systems, making it suitable for late-model domestic, Asian, and European passenger vehicles and light trucks.
• Integrated Oil & UV Dye: Delivers a pre-measured 1 oz. charge of compressor oil combined with high-visibility UV dye, ensuring accurate dosing, proper lubrication, and effective leak detection in a single step.
• Spotgun Jr. Injector System: The compact, pistol-grip applicator enables controlled injection of contents through standard A/C service ports, minimizing material waste and mess during application.
• Rapid Leak Identification: The bright UV dye circulates quickly throughout the system to highlight refrigerant leaks on common A/C components such as hoses, evaporators, O-rings, and compressor seals when inspected under ultraviolet light.
• Professional-Grade Construction: Built for durability, this kit is engineered to withstand the rigorous demands of daily use in professional automotive repair shops and fleet maintenance facilities.

Applications

This kit is well-suited for routine A/C maintenance, compressor replacements, and thorough leak diagnostics on vehicles utilizing R134a or R1234YF refrigerants. It is commonly employed during system recharges to introduce UV dye for immediate and future leak detection, particularly in cases of slow, intermittent, or hard-to-isolate refrigerant loss. Ideal for professional technicians, fleet service departments, and dealerships requiring a clean, controlled method for adding oil and dye in a single operation.
