Wrench Rewards – Terms & Conditions

The Wrench Rewards Program (“Program”) is offered by Toolsource (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to eligible customers as a courtesy loyalty program. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Participation is open to individuals with a registered Toolsource customer account in good standing.
1.2. Businesses, resellers, and purchasing cooperatives may be excluded or limited at our discretion.
1.3. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2. Earning Points

2.1. Members earn Wrench Rewards points (“Points”) on qualifying merchandise purchased directly from Toolsource.com.
2.2. Points are awarded per item at the time of shipment, not at the time of order placement or payment.
2.3. Points are earned on the item subtotal only. Taxes, shipping, service charges, discounts, coupons, and gift card purchases do not earn Points.
2.4. If an item or order is canceled, returned, refunded, or fails to ship for any reason, Points will not be issued or will be deducted from the member’s account.
2.5. Toolsource may offer bonus Points promotions at its discretion. Specific promotion terms will apply.

3. Point Value & Redemption

3.1. Points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
3.2. Points may be redeemed for eligible discounts on future qualifying purchases on Toolsource.com.
3.3. Redemption thresholds and point-to-value conversion rates are determined by Toolsource and may change at any time without notice.
3.4. Points may only be used by the account holder who earned them and are non-transferable.

4. Point Expiration & Forfeiture

4.1. Points expire three (3) years from the date they are issued, regardless of account activity.
4.2. Toolsource may remove or adjust Points that were incorrectly issued due to system errors, returns, cancellations, or fraud.
4.3. Accounts suspected of abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the Program may be suspended and Points forfeited.

5. Account Management

5.1. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their Toolsource account information is accurate.
5.2. Toolsource is not responsible for inaccurate crediting of Points due to outdated or incorrect account information.
5.3. In the event of a dispute regarding Points, Toolsource’s records will govern.

6. Program Changes & Termination

6.1. Toolsource may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
6.2. If the Program is terminated, any unredeemed Points will expire and be forfeited at the time of termination.
6.3. Continued participation in the Program after any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of such changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Toolsource assumes no responsibility for system errors, outages, data loss, or technical failures affecting Point balances or redemptions.
7.2. Toolsource is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims relating to participation in the Program.

8. General Terms

8.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8.2. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
8.3. Toolsource’s decisions regarding Program interpretation and administration are final and binding.
