2 Pc Panel Remover Body Clip Set - SK Hand Tool

The SK Hand Tool 6640 Panel Remover Body Clip Set is a professional-grade 2-piece kit engineered for efficient and damage-free removal of interior panels and body clips on late-model vehicles. This durable set provides controlled leverage, allowing technicians to safely detach trim without marring plastic surfaces or finished components. It's an essential tool for daily shop use across collision, interior, and mechanical applications, ensuring precision and preventing costly damage.

Key Features

• Professional Two-Piece Configuration: This versatile kit covers common trim and body clip profiles found on domestic and import cars, SUVs, and light trucks.
• Heat-Treated Steel Construction: Ensures robust blade strength and maintains edge integrity, even under repeated prying and twisting in demanding shop environments.
• Thin, Contoured Blades: Engineered to slide cleanly under plastic push pins, door clips, and interior fasteners, minimizing excessive bending or material deformation.
• Angled and Straight Profiles: Offer enhanced access behind tight panels, under dash components, and along rocker panels where conventional tools often cannot reach.
• Surface-Protecting Geometry: Designed to minimize panel stress and clip distortion, reducing the risk of broken retainers and costly trim replacement.
• Ergonomic Handles: Provide a secure grip for controlled leverage, essential for repetitive use and maintaining precision during delicate removal tasks.

Applications

The SK 6640 set is ideally suited for professional technicians performing tasks such as stereo and speaker installations, wiring and harness routing, airbag and module access, interior swap work, and collision repair teardowns. This specialized body clip puller set facilitates the removal of door panels, rocker and quarter trim, cowl panels, kick panels, and trunk/hatch trim on late-model vehicles that rely on plastic push-pin retainers, Christmas tree clips, and various interior body clips, helping maintain OEM fit and finish.
