This robust tool efficiently seats stubborn tire beads across a wide range of wheel and tire assemblies, delivering a concentrated surge of high-volume air. It helps technicians maintain productivity during mounting and repair tasks by quickly and effectively seating tire beads.

Key Features

• Versatile Bead Seating: The CH-5 delivers a powerful, high-volume air discharge, effectively seating beads on passenger cars, light trucks, SUVs, and trailer tires, as well as many commercial vehicle applications. It accommodates tire sizes from 4-inch to 24.5-inch truck tires.
• Professional-Grade Durability: Constructed with a 5-gallon ASME certified steel tank and robust components, this tool ensures long-term reliability and consistent performance in demanding environments like tire shops, dealerships, and fleet maintenance facilities.
• Controlled Air Delivery: It features a purpose-built valve and nozzle assembly that precisely focuses the air blast at the rim/tire interface for consistent results and minimal kickback. A welded tab secures the tool onto the rim edge, enhancing control during air discharge.

Applications

The CH-5 Tire Bead Seating Tool is essential for automotive service centers, commercial tire shops, and fleet garages that regularly mount or repair tubeless tires. It is particularly effective in situations where standard valve-stem inflation is insufficient, such as seating beads on loose, wide, or stiff sidewall tire applications. This tool is ideal for car, light truck, SUV, and trailer tires, and can also be utilized for select ATV, motorcycle, off-road, and agricultural tires that benefit from a rapid, high-volume air blast.
