Featuring a durable aluminum oxide abrasive and a convenient hook-and-loop backing, this disc streamlines workflows and consistently delivers high-quality results. Its robust construction ensures reliable performance for technicians requiring precision and efficiency in their daily tasks.

Key Features

• Norgrip Hook-and-Loop Backing: Facilitates rapid and secure disc changes, significantly reducing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency in busy professional settings. The strong grip ensures the disc stays securely in place for stable and uniform sanding.
• P320B Grit with Premium Aluminum Oxide: Provides a fine, heat-treated P-graded abrasive for smooth surface finishing and preparation, delivering a consistent, uniform finish and an effective cut rate. Aluminum oxide is highly valued for its durability, wear resistance, and consistent cutting performance across various materials.
• Enhanced Durability & Flexibility: Constructed with a fiber-reinforced, flexible B-weight latex-saturated backing, this disc offers a 50-60% improvement in tear strength while maintaining essential flexibility for contour sanding without premature tearing.
• Maximum Load Resistance: Features a water-based, non-pigmented stearate No-Fil coating and an open coat design to maximize load resistance, prevent premature clogging, and eliminate color transfer to the workpiece, contributing to extended disc life.
• Consistent Finish Quality: Engineered to produce a uniform scratch pattern, achieving an even and refined finish that minimizes the need for rework and promotes cooler cutting action.

Applications

This versatile disc is designed for a broad spectrum of professional tasks:

• Automotive Finishing: Ideal for sanding primers, sealers, and clear coats, as well as blending painted surfaces to achieve a flawless finish. The P320 grit is well-suited for primer sanding and preparing surfaces for base coat adhesion.
• Woodworking Applications: Excels at fine sanding between finish coats, preparing surfaces for staining, or achieving a smooth final finish on various wood types.
• Metal Fabrication: Professionals can utilize it for light deburring, surface conditioning, and preparing metal for painting or polishing, performing effectively on aluminum and other metals.
• Composite Material Preparation: Effective for smoothing and preparing composite surfaces before coating or assembly.
