The High Teck Products DAG3320P 320G 3" No-Hole Grip Purple Ceramic Film Discs are engineered for professional automotive and industrial applications requiring efficient material removal and a consistent finish. These film-based sanding discs combine ceramic and semi-brittle corundum abrasive grains, delivering superior cutting speed and extended durability for demanding tasks. The robust plastic film backing enhances strength and longevity, making these discs a reliable choice for high-volume work.

Key Features

• Advanced Ceramic Abrasive: Utilizes a blend of ceramic and semi-brittle corundum grains for exceptionally fast material removal and a sharper, more aggressive cut that lasts longer than traditional abrasives. The ceramic grains are self-sharpening, maintaining consistent cutting performance throughout the disc's life.
• Durable Film Backing: Constructed with a plastic film base, these discs offer increased strength and tear resistance compared to paper-backed alternatives, contributing to a longer service life and consistent performance on various surfaces.
• Anti-Clogging Technology: A specialized coating on the disc surface actively resists clogging, ensuring consistent sanding performance and reducing downtime for disc changes, even during prolonged use.
• Fast and Easy Disc Changes: The convenient Grip (hook & loop) backing allows for quick and effortless attachment and removal, optimizing workflow efficiency in busy workshops.

Applications

These versatile 3" no-hole ceramic film discs are suitable for a broad range of professional applications, including:

• Automotive Refinishing: Ideal for sanding body filler, putty, primer, and paint to achieve smooth, consistent surfaces prior to final coating. The film backing's dimensional stability helps prevent buckling on curved panels.
• Metal Fabrication: Effective for surface preparation, rust removal, and smoothing on various metal surfaces.
• Woodworking: Suitable for sanding hardwoods and other wood materials, providing efficient stock removal and a refined finish.
• Industrial Finishing: Capable of handling demanding industrial sanding tasks on plastic components and other hard surfaces.
