A 1.5mm fluid tip is also included for versatile single-stage applications and sealers.
• Integrated Air Pressure Control: Features an air adjusting valve with a gauge for precise air pressure control directly at the gun, critical for consistent application and achieving optimal finish quality.
• Durable Construction: Both spray guns feature robust aluminum bodies with stainless steel fluid tips and needles, ensuring longevity and corrosion resistance when used with a variety of automotive and industrial paint materials.
• Organized Storage: Housed in a durable blow-molded plastic case, facilitating protected transport and organized storage within a professional workshop setting.

Applications

This DeVilbiss StartingLine kit is well-suited for a broad spectrum of automotive refinishing tasks, ranging from full vehicle repaints to localized spot repairs on various vehicle types. The 1.8mm fluid tip facilitates the efficient application of primers, sealers, thinned latex/oil-based paints, and other medium to heavy viscosity coatings. For topcoats, basecoats, and clearcoats, the 1.3mm fluid tip provides the fine atomization required for a smooth, high-quality finish. Its adaptability makes it a valuable asset for general automotive body shops and industrial painting applications where precision and operational efficiency are paramount for professional technicians.
