This special knife is designed with a Double Hollow Ground cutting edge to cut though nylon seats belts in 1 second or less in an emergency. The blade has a blunt dull squared off end so you can slide the knife under a seat belt without cutting the person. In addition, the blade has easy opening thumb pins, extra thick surgical stainless steel and a liner lock safety. The handle is Zytel with a belt/pocket clip. In the end of the handle is a spring loaded glass punch. It can be locked in the open position and used manually or cocked back into the firing position and fired by the operator into the glass. It will shatter any car door windows. Comes with a nylon sheath that can be worn on the belt or it has a boot/vest clip. Included in clam pack is a operational DVD.
