Breakaway StapleClips - N-Clip High Vibration - Dent Fix

Part #: DF-800NC/50

Dent Fix | Breakaway StapleClips - N-Clip High Vibration | DF-800NC/50 | Consumable replacement part for the DF-400BR, DF-800BR, DF-850CL or any other Hot Stapler.

Pack of 50 stainless steel DF-800NC/50 N-Clip Breakaway StapleClips. Intended for high vibration application points on thermoplastic parts such as bumpers and clips. Some straight cracks might be located in high vibration areas like plastic supports under the hood. To counteract the vibrations, these clips are used because the footprint is larger than the Z-Clip. The extra width covers more surface area and adds rigidity. The larger footprint allows it to be used horizontally and vertically.

Key Features:

  • Stainless steel construction
  • Breakaway leads for easy removal
  • Larger footprint than Z-Clips for added rigidity
  • Can be used horizontally or vertically

Applications:

  • High vibration application points on thermoplastic parts such as bumpers and clips
  • Straight cracks in high vibration areas like plastic supports under the hood

Benefits:

  • Reduces cycle time by allowing leads to be snapped off with a hand
  • Eliminates the need to go back over with a grinder later
  • Improves profitability and helps technicians stay within the allocated time
