The POR 15 46801 Top Coat DTM Paint provides professional technicians and mechanics with a durable, high-performance solution for protecting metal surfaces. This direct-to-metal (DTM) coating offers a brilliant gloss white finish while delivering robust, long-lasting defense against rust and corrosion in demanding automotive and industrial environments. It is formulated to streamline your workflow by eliminating the need for a separate primer.

Key Features

Direct-to-Metal (DTM) Application: Formulated for direct application to properly prepped bare metal, simplifying the painting process and reducing labor time. It can also be applied over roughened painted surfaces.
Superior Rust and Corrosion Protection: Creates a moisture-shedding barrier that provides permanent protection against rust and corrosion, especially when used in conjunction with POR-15 Rust Preventive Coating.
Durable Gloss White Finish: Delivers exceptional long-term sheen and color retention under prolonged outdoor UV exposure. This UV and scratch-resistant film maintains a professional appearance without cracking, chipping, or peeling.
Efficient Curing Time: Cures to touch in 30 to 60 minutes, allowing for quicker project turnaround and efficient workflow management.
Professional-Grade Formulation: Engineered to withstand the rigorous demands of professional automotive, light-duty industrial, and agricultural applications.

Applications

This versatile top coat is ideal for a wide range of automotive and industrial applications, including chassis components, suspension parts, undercarriages, industrial machinery, structural steel, piping, storage tanks, and various other metal surfaces exposed to harsh conditions where a durable, protective gloss white finish is desired.
