Operating/Design Capabilities:

Innovative linear ball bearing mechanism - Assures superior accuracy and repeatability by eliminating friction between the spring and case; Eliminates speed sensibility errors - Produces a crisp, audible click over the entire torque range
Rubber seal between ratchet head and tube - Keeps lubrication in, dirt and contaminants out assuring accuracy and repeatability
Detent-style locking collar - Allows for ease in setting desired torque; Prevents the accidental change of settings
Handles are lightly knurled and grooved; Provides comfortable, non-slip grip
