• Frame is constructed of 3" x 2" x .250" wall rectangular steel tubing, triple gusseted to prevent deflection or movement with continuous welds at every joint to provide strength and rigidity.

• While most planishing hammers use a riveting type hammer, this unit uses a specially designed American made reciprocating cylinder manufactured exclusively for planishing (patent
pending), operating on standard shop air with a foot pedal control.

• Conveniently located adjustable flow control valve provides the proper BPM needed to achieve excellent results while crowning, shrinking, flattening and forming.

• Adjustable yoke can be adjusted and locked, to accommodate any material thickness, on a precision acme thread lead screw with a comfortable hand wheel.

• Comes complete with hardened steel hammer head and five forming dies.
