  • Fully Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchange Machine with Constant Variable Exchange (CVE) technology, built-in power supply, full adapter kit, Dual service modes (cooler line or dipstick), 32 quart capacity, separate new and used fluid pumps, built-in diagnostic gauge, and Roto-molded cabinet. Constant Variable Exchange (CVE) maintains precise flow of old and new fluid during exchange.
  • Dual service modes: exchange can be done through the Cooler lines exchange or Dipstick.
  • Separate 32 quart capacity - old and new fluid tanks

    Built-in power supply that allows the user to operate the unit without having to hook up a power cable.

  • Unit main power switch - allows safe battery hook-up or connections while switch is in the off position. This switch eliminates direct wiring to the unit that causes immediate power requirement and sparking at point of connection.
  • Dedicated fluid circuits for new and used fluid - three pumps allows total isolation of fluid during processes. New fluid pump for new fluid transfers keeps circuit clean, trouble free and contributes to longevity. Large, "sludge" used fluid diaphragm pump designed for direct, fast pumping of dirty used fluid. Direct pumping eliminates a solenoid, eliminating associated problems. Dedicated solenoid and medium sized diaphragm pump for used fluid dipstick extractions.
  • Other units use a single gear pump and other components for all functions that allow cross contamination of new and used, fluid types, and decrease the longevity of the unit.
  • Large 3 gallon per minute empty used fluid pump - only 2-3 minutes to empty full used fluid tank.
  • Option of two modes of Automatic Transmission service - Cooler line or Dipstick and two units of measure - quarts or liters.
  • High precision continuous output capacitance tank level sensors - solid state no moving parts for .1-quart accuracy measurements in a very rugged, compact sensor. No load cells or flow meters - no calibration.
  • Routine maintenance is limited to one inlet, easily accessible external filter screen to be replaced or cleaned and reused.
  • Optional portable adapter storage tray allows easy identification of adapters, transport of adapters only to vehicle, and convenient storage of adapters while not in use.
  • 32-quart capacity in new and used tanks.
  • Roto-molded cabinet - no dents or scratches to vehicles - Impervious to rust and chemicals.
