Website wasn’t to easy to navigate

The selection is limited, but overall it’s pretty good.

The freight amount would make hesitant to order

It fit perfectly on the nut, but it slipped off the driver too easily.

It was my first time shopping on this site

But its a special order part so maybe drop shipping from Europe?

I believe the shipping cost is excessive for ground shipping. Especially for items that can be put into an envelope.

I’d be more satisfied if the shipping charge wasn’t so expensive for such a small part.

The tool worked as expected. My only concern might be the lack of clear information regarding the fitting for the measurement tool. Initially a colleague let me borrow his compression tool but the fitting was too small. Ultimately I did find the correct compression measurement tool with a fitting that work with this tool and I was able to make good measurements…

I tried to buy some 3/8" drive, 9/16" 6-point full bore deep sockets, nothing came-up no matter how i worded it. I finally gave-up on that item. Lenny

I needed to replace a broken Thexton terminal release tool. Toolsource.com showed the tool, at a "reasonable" price. Hope it gets here in a "reasonable" time, it is reported to be expected around June 20th.
