The less amount of search words the better chance of finding exactly what you’re lookin for. Shipping was a wee bit spendy. I can live with it to get these all the products from the same source.

the customer support is barely adequate. when you call in the middle of a weekday 'nobody is available to take your call'. the 'aluminum' cta oil filter wrench is made like a cheap knock off. the casting is full of deep pits. do yourself a favor and buy a no name off ebay. you'll get the same quality oil filter wrench shipped to your door for less than tool source charges for shipping

Pleased with the amazing low price of the product, a bit shocked at the shipping cost. If it wasn't still a reasonable price with the shipping, I would have cancelled the order...

Hi there, I don't usually give criticism, however I would like to inform you as a user of your webstore that I had a hard time with the checkout process, I didn't notice that I had to click "continue at the bottom" to proceed to pay with a credit card, I thought you only took Visa at first glance. The other problem I was encountering is that you only provide a billing address, but not billing & shipping. Unfortunately for my scenario, my company card is issued to the bosses house address. Ideally I don't want products for the store being shipped to his home. A billing address field & shipping address field would be great to have. Finally, the website was slow and unresponsive. I'm not sure who your server host is, but perhaps you could look into this. By slow and unresponsive, I mean that I waited for one page to change over for about 30 seconds. Not a big deal, but not optimized. I hope this helps, I'm not upset. Thanks, Reid Bourcier

hugely disappointed that i couldn't receive free shipping on a $500 dollar order... ground shipping (NOT EXPEDITED)... why have discount codes and coupon code options if customers about to spend money cannot get the codes??? I'm a member now.. it was almost annoying enough to cancel my order and go to AMAZON where I get a 5% discount off everything on top of free shipping for PRIME MEMBERSHIP... READ THE MARKET GUYS.. know your competition... buyers are not stupid.. you don't want to be just the last stop if we can't find it somewhere else for less... do you?

Website is not very user friendly, impossible to edit address info, site kept crashing. If they were not the only site with what I needed in stock I would not have put up with it.

Price is good, but website seems to have a problem with address's. Took me 10 minutes trying to correct the address, finally just gave up and let it put an address that will work but isn't correct.
